Relatives of a minor who sustained life-threatening wounds after getting pushed from the 10th floor of the art gallery have stated their "little knight" has achieved his goal of being able to jump, swim, and run anew.

This European youngster was six when he was hurled from a ledge by a teenager, then 17 years old.

The boy, who was vacationing with the parents in 2019 when assaulted, survived a 30-meter drop but suffered significant wounds, such as a bleed on the brain and broken bones.

His family said in an news on a crowdfunding page, they were happy that he had been successful to improve with his swimming, running and jumping before his upcoming surgery.

"He is unable to do it like other children at his age, certainly, but we are unable to portray what he does in any other way than by terming it's swimming, running, and jumping."

"It's distinct, merely across a few meters or a minimal elevation, but it's an amazing accomplishment."

He, who passed many months in critical care, has continued to develop cognitive endurance.

Parents said although his memory skills were still very limited, they were functional and improving, so he was "acquiring a general knowledge at his rate, which increasingly permits him to be included with kids."

'Mission Accomplished'

Parents noted: "He is also growing up, and due to his work with the psychomotor therapist, he now permits himself to relax."

"Previously, to counteract his limitation on the left side, he kept his right side continuously stiff, which gave him pain."

Subsequent to a court case at the court, the teenager was sentenced of attempted murder and was jailed in 2020 for at least a decade and a half.
